Mark the items of interest and follow them automatically.  Simply click on the "To Follow" button, and that item will be followed during each subsequent search.  If you change your mind and decide the item is no longer of interest, click again, and the item is removed from your list.  On subsequent searches, select the "Follow/New" tab and you are viewing only "Followed" items and "New" items.  If you make a mistake and forget to follow an item, all search results are stored and can be reviewed by clicking the "Other" button.  Click the "To Follow" box and it is back on your list.  Matching items are deleted two days after the termination of the auction.
